Elizabeth and Jack were referred to us by one of our happy clients, after some failed attempts to secure their first home on their own.

They were looking for an older-style semi-detached home on a quiet street and with plenty of natural light.

The property was immediately liveable, offered excellent scope for cosmetic improvements, and had outstanding long-term capital growth potential.

Through strategic negotiations, we secured the property for less than our clients had anticipated paying, leaving them with additional funds to complete the renovations and add further value to their new home.
